About the role
- Copacking Design Specialist developing and implementing secondary packaging solutions. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for efficient execution in FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of secondary packaging and co-packing projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met.
- Create and maintain accurate product master data and co-packing specifications in SAP, ensuring full system compliance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and co-packers to implement and optimize secondary placements, resolving technical or operational challenges when needed.
- Manage technical documentation, including material specifications, artwork coordination, and cutter drawings, within the end-to-end co-packing process.
- Ensure continuous alignment with cross-functional teams (planning, logistics, marketing, and sales) to enable smooth and efficient execution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, co-packing, production operations, or project management, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
