About the role

• Internship for Fullstack Developer contributing to HR digital platform development at ADEO. In a dynamic team, enhance back-end features and manage project deliverables for HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of back-end features (ReactJS, VueJS, NestJS) on a modern technology stack.
• Ensure integration of internal code in compliance with development standards and industry best practices.
• Use AI-based tools to optimize development efficiency and operational processes.
• Provide project coordination support: task tracking, timeline management, and contributing to the successful delivery of products.
• Participate in Run activities: daily maintenance, incident analysis, and problem resolution to ensure the stability of the HR digital core.
• Bridge functional requirements and their technical implementation while maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation.
• Ensure feature quality through rigorous testing and post-deployment monitoring.
• Actively take part in code reviews and technical discussions within the team.
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Final-year student in a Master’s-level or engineering program (Bac+4 / Bac+5 equivalent) specializing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in back-end development and technical project management.
• Technical skills: ReactJS, VueJS, NestJS, Python.
• Interest in product environments and cross-functional topics.
• Interest in automation tools and AI applications.
• Soft skills: teamwork and a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate between technical and functional requirements.
• Languages – Professional working proficiency in English required: B1.
