Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and sourcing departments
- Conduct training sessions and oversee the use of Acuity's SMART by GEP source-to-pay software
- Collaborate with tech partners to advance and refine system workflows and features
- Support sourcing event creation and execution
- Manage contract management and process enhancement
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, or the equivalent, is required
- 3 to 5 years of sourcing, purchasing, and supply-chain related experience is required
- Source-to-pay software expertise, ideally SMART by GEP
- Robust analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience in managing complexities of direct material procurement and indirect categories
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proficient in MS Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Procurement experience with different commodities is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP/Source-to-Pay environments is preferred
