About the role
- Global Accounting Manager responsible for consolidating financials and month-end close in a high-growth SaaS company., Leading and improving accounting processes across a multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the global month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-supported financial results across all entities
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and global consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Oversee group revenue recognition policy and support accounting for complex or non-routine transactions
- Own tax accounting and support global tax strategy by ensuring appropriate recognition of tax positions
- Deliver consolidated financial statements and provide clear variance analysis and accounting insight
- Take ownership of annual financial audits across multiple regions
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale accounting processes
- Monitor financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and maintain high standards of financial governance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting
- CPA qualification
- 8+ years of accounting experience including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with modern ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel capability
- Proven audit leadership experience (Big 4 or Top Tier firm)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Desirable: Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
- Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
