About the role

  • Community Manager managing 4 to 7 communities for Action Property Management. Supporting HOA operations with a focus on client service and community success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 4 to 7 communities and offer a level of service that surpasses client expectations.
  • Be provided dedicated support from key departments to stay focused on key objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure high standards in HOA management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • CMCA certification or ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
  • Evening availability for Board meetings.
  • Ability to travel to and from properties for in-person meetings when needed.
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
