About the role

- Prepare, file and monitor the Import Declaration (DI) in the Siscomex system
- Monitor the progress of customs processing and clearance, addressing fiscal requirements, system parametrizations and releases
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, answering questions
- Track legal and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and mitigate customs risks
- Maintain controls, reports and records for the processes under your responsibility.
