About the role
- Business Unit Leader responsible for strategic growth in industrial E-MSR, managing teams and client relations. Driving project execution and business development in the Munich area.
Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the Business Unit, including responsibility for revenue, budget and results
- Define and implement the growth and sales strategy for the area of responsibility
- Identify new market potentials, acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships
- Ensure economical and contract-compliant execution of complex industrial projects
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and drive targeted development of employees
- Expand our regional network across industry and infrastructure
- Closely coordinate with other Business Units within the Actemium organization
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Meister or Techniker)
- Several years of experience in industrial project business, ideally in E-MSR or energy technology
- Experience leading teams and managing complex organizational units
- Experience in project acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
- Commercial understanding of budget, results and project control
- Good knowledge of industrial customer structures and project business
- Strong communication skills, decisive and able to act with an entrepreneurial mindset
