Responsibilities
Process policy endorsements and updates accurately and efficiently
Provide necessary documentation and respond promptly to agency partner inquiries
Assist agency partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client portfolios
Answer phones and resolve customer queries with a focus on professional and efficient communication
Monitor and support retention efforts throughout the policy term
Review accounts for remarketing opportunities and recommend the best options to agency partners when needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance products and processes is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
2+ years experience in personal lines Service, Sales or Underwriting
