Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or category management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and advanced macros; experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
- Experience working with syndicated data and/or space management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to diagnose business situations and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong data mining capabilities using CPG math concepts and analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, including timelines, communication, and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and determine required information for effective diagnosis.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations.
