Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for optimal efficiency.
Load and unload materials using hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment—ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
Label and tag materials for easy identification and tracking.
Operate industrial vehicles and warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Pick up and deliver daily mail, including morning runs to the Post Office.
Handle UPS shipments and ensure accurate processing.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Keep outdoor areas tidy.
Assist with furniture and equipment movement, minor repairs, and general errands.
Take on special assignments as needed—becoming the go-to “jack of all trades” at your location.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
At least 6 months of experience in mailroom, warehouse, or similar experience.
Strong communication skills—you’ll interact with team members across departments.
Handy with tools: vacuum cleaner, hammer, screwdriver, drill, case cutter, hand truck, and more.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a van.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Familiarity with mailroom equipment (sorter, scale, folder, sealer) is a plus.
Dependable, flexible, and ready to take on a variety of tasks.
Ability to see and perceive color.
Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable climbing and traveling as needed.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
