Responsibilities
- Support in developing social media strategies based on performance data and insights
- Planning, producing and publishing content (Reels, posts and campaigns) on Instagram and TikTok — based on identified trends and original format ideas
- Monitoring trends and conducting market analysis to continuously refine our strategies and best practices
- Engaging with our community and active community management
- Supporting the strategic and operational management of influencer and ambassador campaigns
- Analyzing the performance of your content and deriving optimization measures
Requirements
- You have a strong instinct for social media and spend a lot of time on Instagram/TikTok
- You have a sense of humor that resonates with students
- You are creative and can excite our target audience with compelling ideas
- You are comfortable on camera and willing to appear in content yourself
- You are data-savvy, interested in KPIs, and want to extract real insights from data
- You are eager to work with a young team while taking on independent responsibility
- Bonus: You have initial experience in social media marketing or content creation, have already built your own following, or have experience with viral content
