Responsibilities
Provide operational support as assigned to facilitate team workflow
Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, and project assignments
Participate in drafting policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to project workflow
With oversight, correspond with internal and external clients via email and telephone
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as assigned
Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
