About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales activities to support systems and network project managers: qualify and analyze client needs alongside project managers and sales engineers
- Support, demonstrate, and justify the proposed solution and design choices to clients
- Respond to technical specifications and RFPs
- Estimate costs for our infrastructure and management offers (hardware, systems, databases and security)
- Maintain awareness of technological and competitive developments
- Project coordination: allocate resources across projects and optimize team schedules
- Manage one or multiple projects (costs, schedule, quality and risks)
- Supervise the execution and planning of commissioned projects
- Deployment: deliver services on the most complex nationwide projects: deploy our management solutions on the technical side (authentication, VPN, SFTP, technical scoping workshops, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree from a higher education institution (engineering school or computer science school)
- Proven experience in project management and implementing technical solutions
- Expertise in the following technical areas: SQL Server databases / Windows systems / Server architecture and storage arrays / Server virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware) / Cloud services, notably Microsoft Azure / Internet security (firewalls, VPNs, etc.) / Networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs)
- Experience deploying management solutions is a plus
- Autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills in a multi-project environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take a step back to analyze situations, including during crisis management
