Responsibilities
You will play a key role in growing our Modern Workplace practice by supporting clients in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions.
Support sales teams in qualifying needs and building value propositions around Microsoft 365.
Lead workshops and demonstrations for clients and prospects (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Copilot, etc.).
Participate in M365 deployments: scoping, configuration, testing and user adoption support.
Provide consulting and training to ensure clients can use solutions independently.
Contribute to technology watch on Microsoft innovations (governance, security, Zero Trust, Copilot, automation, etc.).
Support commercial activity through upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in pre-sales or consulting on Microsoft 365 solutions.
Strong command of the suite tools and cloud environments (Azure AD, Intune, Defender, etc.).
Understanding of business issues related to management software (ERP, CRM, HR systems) to effectively support clients in their projects.
Ability to simplify technical concepts and persuade diverse stakeholders thanks to strong pedagogical skills and persuasive ability.
Comfortable using professional English, both written and spoken.
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, PL-100, SC-300, etc.) are a plus.
