About the role

  • Product Support Specialist assisting clients in maximizing the value of the FP&A platform. Combining technical expertise and financial knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock the potential of the FP&A platform
  • Provide high-quality support via email and live calls
  • Deliver user guidance and training on best practices and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose complex technical and data-related issues within the FP&A software
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets for customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve software bugs
  • Work alongside global team members to support an international customer base

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support (preferably in SaaS)
  • Experience in application support roles
  • Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related finance roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; proficiency in BI tools is a huge bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment as part of an international team
