Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML modeling
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Professional Degree (Ph.D) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact models to production
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and regulatory considerations
- Expertise in predictive modeling, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs
