Responsibilities
Help klanten met hun vragen en zorg voor een topservice-ervaring.
Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten uit Nederland, België en Duitsland via e-mail of chat.
Ondersteunen bij het verwerken van orders en retouren.
Zorgen dat elke klant een positieve ervaring heeft, ook als er eens iets misgaat.
Klanten enthousiasmeren over ons duurzame concept.
Reageren op feedback en reviews van onze klanten.
Requirements
Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en kunt goed communiceren.
Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
Je bent beschikbaar in de avonduren en/of weekenden (min. 6 tot max. 12 uur).
Je bent georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
Een achtergrond of opleiding in Office- & Supportmedewerker, administratie of klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
