  • Direct responsibility for revenue generation and commercial predictability
  • Working end-to-end across the funnel, from qualified acquisition to conversion and offer optimization

Requirements

  • Experience with channel strategy (not just paid traffic)
  • Partnerships, referrals, outbound, content
  • Previous experience in Growth, Revenue, Strategic Sales/Commercial or related roles
  • Experience with high-ticket consultative sales (B2B)
  • Experience structuring sales funnels and commercial processes
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills with a focus on financial results
  • Experience with acquisition strategies (not necessarily hands-on media execution)
  • Experience in service companies, consultancies, SaaS, or other scalable businesses
  • Ability to operate hands-on and strategically at the same time
