About the role

  • Leading and managing a team in outside hospital intensive care at 365° in Düsseldorf. Responsible for team organization, management, and coordination with healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and leading the WG (shared-apartment) team
  • Responsible for managing the WG duty schedule
  • Maintain relationships with providers, cooperation partners and physicians
  • Organize and conduct team meetings for professional exchange
  • Reliably pass on information from nursing management to the team
  • Maintain close contact with the leadership level
  • Act as point of contact for team concerns
  • High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and available for employee discussions

Requirements

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse, Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Specialist Nurse for Anesthesia and Intensive Care (m/f/d)
  • Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
  • Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation
  • Leadership experience desirable
