About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing and leading the WG (shared-apartment) team
- Responsible for managing the WG duty schedule
- Maintain relationships with providers, cooperation partners and physicians
- Organize and conduct team meetings for professional exchange
- Reliably pass on information from nursing management to the team
- Maintain close contact with the leadership level
- Act as point of contact for team concerns
- High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Approachable and available for employee discussions
Requirements
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse, Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Specialist Nurse for Anesthesia and Intensive Care (m/f/d)
- Experience in out-of-hospital intensive care
- Completion of a basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation
- Leadership experience desirable
