About the role

  • Sales Manager tasked with converting B2B customers for a cutting-edge app/SaaS solution. Engaging with potential clients and maintaining existing customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Win over B2B customers and sell an innovative software solution
  • Initiate engaging outreach via phone, email, or online meetings to potential prospects
  • Maintain and support our existing customers to ensure they get the maximum value from our apps (cross- and upselling)
  • Send proposal emails and proactively follow up with interested leads
  • Attend trade shows and other sales events
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Bring positive energy and openly celebrate your ideas and, of course, our shared successes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualifications — career changers welcome!
  • B2B sales talent and readiness for the next challenge: to become part of a growing tech company
  • Enjoy convincing prospects and selling products over the phone
  • Comfortable, collegial, and goal-oriented communication with decision-makers
  • Affinity for software and technology, ideally also for the events industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, accurate spelling, and smooth telephone and written correspondence
