About the role

  • Sales Manager driving B2B customer engagement and sales for innovative SaaS solutions. Seeking results-oriented individuals to join our young tech team in a collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Excite and win over B2B customers while selling an innovative software solution
  • Conduct engaging outreach via phone, email, and online meetings to prospective customers
  • Manage and support existing customers to ensure they continuously derive maximum value from our apps (cross-selling and upselling)
  • Send proposal emails and proactively follow up with interested leads
  • Participate in trade shows and other sales events
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Bring enthusiasm and confidently celebrate your own ideas and our shared successes

  • Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification — career changers welcome!

  • Enjoy persuading prospects and selling products over the phone
  • Comfortable maintaining a relaxed, collegial, and goal-oriented conversational style with decision-makers
  • Affinity for software and technology, ideally with an interest in the events industry
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with accurate spelling and smooth telephone and written correspondence
