Responsibilities
Lead the highly critical recruitment function across Duke University Health System, designed to strategically attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Develop, drive, and execute on talent acquisition strategies across all of DUHS.
Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition initiatives.
Build high-trust partnerships with management and internal customers.
Partner, onboard, and assimilate new hires.
Develop key strategies to retain key talent.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources roles at a high-growth, high-volume organization, with five of those in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving business goals and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Strategic, high-energy leader with high emotional intelligence and deep experience managing a large and diverse recruitment team.
Healthcare experience preferred.
