Founded in China in 2006, our story started with two entrepreneurs. Today, we’re proud to be a global business. FACE2FACE: FACE2FACE specializes in luxury retail training, coaching, and consulting. It aims to maximize and empower front-line teams and help them master the art of selling luxury. 
 
As the needs of our clients evolved, however, and the needs of our business developed, we recognized that this approach was not as effective as it once had been. We recognized something needed to change. And so CXG was born.

• Support the launch of CXG Learn, the company's all-in-one digital learning platform for luxury retail.
• Support the Academy Team and work closely with the Content Creation Manager to produce training content.
• Contribute to needs analysis and scoping: analyze clients' training needs and identify learning objectives with tutor support.
• Instructional design: support creation of training paths (classroom, e-learning, blended), participate in development of storyboards and instructional scenarios, adapt content to target audiences.
• Content production: select and design learning resources (videos, quizzes, infographics), produce e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Autrice, etc.), create media elements using digital and AI tools (Heygen, Canva Pro), contribute to defining the digital graphic identity of modules.
• Evaluation and continuous improvement: test developed modules, gather feedback, and suggest learning and technical adjustments.
• Research and innovation: conduct competitive intelligence on digital learning, tools, and innovative learning methods.
• Project management: contribute to training project planning and monitoring.
• Work as a 6-month internship in the Paris office with a hybrid workplace arrangement.
