Responsibilities
Videography: You plan and shoot short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube & Instagram.
Editing & Post-production: You edit the videos and finalize them with error-free subtitles, sound, animation & color grading, and implement feedback confidently.
Concept & Ownership: You bring your own ideas, develop concepts together with the team, and ensure every content piece is on point.
Photography (optional): If you have an eye for it, you can additionally shoot images for the website, LinkedIn & campaigns.
Requirements
Studies or practical experience: You are studying media production, film or design — or you have already proven your video skills in real projects.
Technical know-how: You are confident with camera, lighting & editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro).
Social media affinity: You are up to date with what works on social media and have a feel for relevant trends and storytelling.
Content quality: You can express yourself flawlessly in German, work precisely and meet deadlines.
Drive: You want to grow, contribute your ideas and actively help shape our shared growth journey.
