About the role

Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across global markets
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership and investors
- Support cash management and treasury operations, including liquidity tracking and short-term forecasting
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Leadership to improve visibility, processes, and decision-making
- Support KPI tracking, business case modeling, and performance reviews
- Contribute to fundraising and board reporting materials
- Drive ad-hoc analytical projects that help shape Choco’s growth
Requirements
- First work experience in late-stage scale up, venture capital, strategy consulting, or investment banking
- Above-average financial and analytical skills (modeling, accounting, business case analysis)
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Strong academic background with a track record of high performance (top 10%)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
- Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
