Responsibilities
- Improve and establish processes across the financial value chain to ensure data quality
- Suggest automation opportunities across systems (Looker, Metabase, Moss, DATEV, Excel, Power BI)
- Support month-end financial closings to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Help establish budgets and provide financial guidance on where to invest funds most effectively
- Drive analyses on high-volume business and financial data
- Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial requests to increase transparency for the business
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with foundational coursework completed
- Comfortable switching between German and English in meetings, emails, and dashboards
- Ideally, previous experience in a finance team; experience in the marketing industry is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is a plus
- Structured and self-organized with strong time-management skills
