About the role

  • Working student supporting agent workflow creation and optimization in computational linguistics for Digital Loop GmbH. Engaging in knowledge transfer and collaborating across teams for marketing tech solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating agent workflows and their components (prompting, RAG pipelines, etc.).
  • Extract and prepare content elements from documents, e.g., product data, internal guidelines, etc.
  • Perform quality assurance and continuous optimization of agents, prompts, and workflows.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to other teams through presentations, best-practice guidelines, etc.

Requirements

  • Student (at least in the 3rd semester, preferably Master's) in Information Processing, Computational Linguistics, or a related field, with a focus on text data processing, prompting, document extraction, and generative AI.
  • Preferably initial programming skills in Python.
  • Practical experience working with transformer-based machine learning models (BERT and similar) as well as large language models.
  • Willingness and interest to learn new methods and technologies (e.g., MCP, agentic AI).
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate interdisciplinarily within a team.
  • Very good English and German skills (C1).
