About the role
- Intern in Natural Language Processing at BMW Group focusing on AI technologies. Collaborating in research and development for advanced models in a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt in einem interdisziplinären Team zusammen mit unseren Doktoranden bei einem spannenden Forschungsprojekt.
- Außerdem erfasst du mittels Literaturrecherche den State of the Art in den Bereichen LLM Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning für LLMs, LLM2Vec und Information Retrieval.
- Darüber hinaus wirkst du mit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Multitask Trainingspipeline für ein neuartiges Modell.
- Zudem unterstützt du bei der Evaluation des entwickelten Ansatzes gegen ausgewählte Baselines auf repräsentativen Benchmarks.
- Außerdem hast du gegebenenfalls Teil an der Veröffentlichung der gewonnenen Ergebnisse in wissenschaftlichen Journalen oder auf Konferenzen.
Requirements
- Studium der Informatik, Künstlichen Intelligenz oder vergleichbar (fortgeschrittenes Masterstudium).
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit Machine Learning Frameworks.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entwicklungs- und Projektwerkzeugen wie Git und Docker.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Machine Learning und Natural Language Processing durch Studienschwerpunkte oder Projekte.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning, NLP oder AI Projekten von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
