About the role

• Working student managing community engagement and social media for Blocksize, a DeFi infrastructure provider. Contribute to discussions and grow the organization's voice in crypto communities.

Responsibilities

• Community engagement: Dive deep into crypto communities, participate in discussions, and build authentic relationships.
• Social media management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Content ownership: Translate complex DeFi and infrastructure topics into clear, compelling content that resonates with audiences.
• Direct ecosystem contact: Collaborate with blockchain foundations (Chainlink, Solana, Pyth, Supra and others) to amplify our presence and partnerships.
• Strategy & growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, grow followers, and establish Blocksize’s voice as a trusted leader in DeFi infrastructure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field (we value skills and motivation more than your major).
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain technology — you don’t need to know everything yet, but you’re curious and eager to learn.
• Proficient with social media platforms such as Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills (writing; visual design skills are a plus).
• Comfortable taking ownership and experimenting with new approaches.
