- Video Editor creating engaging TikTok and Instagram content for Upsters Energy. Working closely with the CEO and using high-quality equipment in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Dreh von Kurzvideos in Frankfurt, Equipment wird gestellt
- Schnitt in CapCut oder vergleichbar, sauberes Pacing, Übergänge, Musik, Captions und Text Overlays
- Umsetzung vorgegebener Skripts, sinnvolle Vorschläge für Hook, Intro Satz und Call to Action
- Varianten für Tests erstellen, zum Beispiel zwei bis drei Hook Versionen pro Clip
- Plattformgerechte Exporte und Dateibenennung für TikTok, Instagram, Meta
- Upload Vorbereitung inklusive Untertitel und Thumbnails, wenn erforderlich
- Zusammenarbeit im hybriden Setup mit schnellen Feedback Loops
Requirements
- Laufendes Studium in Medien, Kommunikation, Design oder ähnlich von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend nötig
- Nachweisbare Praxis im Filmen und Schneiden von TikTok oder Reels, bitte mit Arbeitsproben
- Sicherer Umgang mit CapCut, gern zusätzlich Premiere Pro oder DaVinci
- Gespür für Hook, Timing, Storyfluss und präzise Text Einblendungen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, Englisch ist ein Plus
