About the role
- Plant Controller managing financial statements and budget planning at Kelvion in Nobitz-Wilchwitz. Collaborating with departments on investment decisions and overseeing financial performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung
- Budget- und Forecastplanung
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen im Produktionsbereich
- Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation von Fertigungskosten sowie Bewertung von Beständen
- Erstellung und Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen
- Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse sowie der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
- Monatliches Konzernreporting
- Businesspartner für Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche: Beratung bei Investitionsentscheidungen, Projekten und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung relevanter KPIs
- Mitgestaltung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten im Controlling
- Vertretung des Finance Directors (m/w/d) bei Abwesenheit
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling oder Werkscontrolling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation und Produktionsprozessen
- Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS / HGB
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umgang mit MS Excel auf Expertenniveau (Pivot, Power Query, VBA wünschenswert) sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD)
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z.B. SAC, Power BI usw.) für Reporting und Analyse
- Analytische Stärke, strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
