About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, performant, and accessible web applications.
- Work closely with designers and creative leads to implement UI/UX that aligns with AGBO’s brand and creative goals.
- Build reusable components and design systems using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
- Integrate APIs and back-end services, including GraphQL and headless CMS platforms.
- Optimize for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Explore and apply emerging web technologies that support storytelling and interactive innovation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience using React, Svelte, or Vue in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with back-end or server-side development is a strong bonus.
- Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
- Comfortable working with Git and modern deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience working in entertainment, creative studios, or media environments is a plus.
