About the role

  • Build and lead the foundational go-to-market team for the AI Decisioning product
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Roll up sleeves to refine the playbook, close deals, and prove product-market fit
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to test messaging and learn from early customers
  • Shape how AI Decisioning is sold and delivered and evolve GTM strategy
  • Create sales motions, processes, and playbooks for a new category

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales leadership experience, with at least 2+ years leading Enterprise-focused teams
  • Proven success building and scaling early-stage sales teams in high-growth SaaS companies
  • Track record of closing complex enterprise deals and coaching reps through them
  • Comfort experimenting with and refining sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
  • Curiosity and aptitude for learning technical concepts, particularly AI, data platforms, or ML-driven products, and explaining them in clear business terms
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who works hand-in-hand with Product and Marketing to evolve GTM strategy
  • Comfortable creating sales motions, processes, and teams from scratch
  • Passion for people leadership—motivating, mentoring, and recruiting top talent
