About the role

• Junior Consultant and Project Manager at a growing AI startup. Responsible for onboarding clients and developing tailored AI applications.

Responsibilities

• You take ownership of client onboarding — from the initial kick-off to the successful roll-out of the DeepAdvisor platform.
• You independently coordinate all implementation activities and act as the central point of contact for our clients and internal teams.
• You customize the DeepAdvisor application to address specific challenges and implement tailored AI use cases.
• You act as a trusted partner for our clients, showing them how to leverage the full potential of our software to achieve their goals.
• You work closely with clients to develop and continuously improve powerful GenAI agents using the DeepAdvisor Low-Code IDE.
• You design and deliver practical, hands-on workshops, training sessions, and documentation that engage users and ease adoption of DeepAdvisor.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Some relevant professional experience or internships in consulting, project management, or tech startups.
• Practical experience in prompt engineering and a strong interest in developing and realizing new AI use cases.
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset combined with initiative and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — confident in interactions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused thinking, enjoyment in solving complex challenges, and a passion for creating value.
• Excellent German and English skills (C1/C2) in both spoken and written form.
