About the role
- Hybrid Creative developing video and digital-first content for RCRC. Working in a fast-moving, culturally tuned team in Riyadh, South Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Shoot video content using professional and mobile devices, depending on context.
- Edit long-form and short-form video.
- Apply motion graphics and titling for social-first or event content.
- Design and animate dynamic visuals for campaigns, social content, and corporate assets.
- Apply brand consistency across all animation work while elevating creative quality.
- Capture high-quality images using phone-based tools; support quick-turn content creation.
- Retouch and optimize images using Lightroom, Photoshop, or mobile-native tools.
- Work closely with account, creative, and production teams.
- Participate in creative reviews, stakeholder presentations, and on-site activations.
- Be a champion of quality, proactive problem-solving, and on-time delivery.
