About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the editing and production of: High-quality product release videos.
  • Short-form content for social platforms and paid ads.
  • Tutorials, demos, and feature explainers.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for various formats and platforms (short and long-form).
  • Apply motion graphics and animation where appropriate to elevate production quality.
  • Ensure pacing and structure align with the platform's best practices and attention patterns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on messaging.
  • Maintain a well-organized project file system and naming conventions.
  • Manage video production timelines across multiple overlapping projects.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and related editing tools.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills — able to distill complex tools into accessible, compelling content.
  • Awareness of content trends, pacing, and formats.
  • Experience producing both short-form (under 60s) and long-form (5–10 min+) video content.
  • Ability to quickly adapt visual assets to fit platform-specific requirements.
  • Strong editorial judgment and creative intuition for content that performs.
  • Comfortable working in English in a distributed, collaborative team environment.
  • Competent with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.
