About the role
- Process Engineer leading advanced process engineering and optimization for State Street's Global Technology Services. Analyze and improve processes to enhance operational performance for a global firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive process analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement advanced process engineering solutions, including automation and systems integration, to improve operational performance.

- Work with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes with existing systems and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.
- Expertise in advanced process engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and process mapping/modeling software.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in automation and process simulation.
- Ability to handle complex technical projects with minimal oversight and deliver solutions independently.
- Excellent technical documentation skills and the ability to communicate process changes effectively to stakeholders.
