About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing and configuring regulatory reporting workflows and data mappings in the AxiomSL platform to ensure accurate, timely submissions to central banks and regulators.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to interpret new regulations and implement changes to existing frameworks.
- Collaborating within a high-performing team to deliver innovative, compliant solutions that uphold the bank’s regulatory commitments.
- Championing innovation by leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance processes and improve the experience for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights, measuring effectiveness, and adapting solutions for optimal performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience applying AI, automation, or technology to streamline processes and deliver measurable improvements.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to resolve technical challenges quickly and independently.
- Background in technology, business, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential).
- Experience in change management or support functions, ideally within financial services or regulatory environments.
- Knowledge of EMEA regulatory reporting (Liquidity, Capital, Financial Statistical Reporting) and familiarity with corporate data governance principles.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a passion for learning and applying new tools and technologies.
