Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex, cross-platform projects (web, mobile, responsive)
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers in Agile or Lean environments to define and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Conduct and integrate user research , usability testing, and iterative feedback into the design process
- Build, maintain, and scale design systems , ensuring consistency and usability across products
- Produce detailed case studies and design documentation articulating problems, processes, and outcomes
- Create modern, responsive, and visually compelling interfaces using advanced design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
- Present design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Stay up to date on emerging design trends , tools, and methods, and contribute to the broader design community (e.g., speaking engagements, articles)
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven track record designing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, responsive)
- Strong portfolio featuring detailed case studies (not just final visuals) demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable UI component libraries
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and iterative design
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with developers and product managers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
