About the role
- Designer UX/UI Trainee joining the Viceri team to create intuitive and attractive interfaces. Supporting design processes from research to prototyping with a focus on collaboration and learning.
Responsibilities
- Work end-to-end on UX and UI with support and mentorship from the team.
- Participate in deep-dive sessions with B2B clients across different industries.
- Assist in planning and executing UX activities.
- Produce wireframes, navigation flows, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
- Create and evolve interfaces focused on consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and design systems.
- Support the preparation and facilitation of usability tests.
- Document design decisions and collaborate on handoff to development.
- Participate in the team's agile ceremonies.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of research (desk/assisted qualitative), information architecture, Nielsen heuristics, persona/journey definition, and flow mapping.
- Basic understanding of typography, color, spacing, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
- Clear communication (verbal and written), organization, curiosity, critical and aesthetic judgement, empathy for users and colleagues, openness to feedback, and continuous learning.
- Responsible use of AI (e.g., for drafts, variations, and documentation).
- Agile methodologies.
- Basic English.
