About the role

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Design and develop intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify user needs and define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Define key design hypotheses and work with product and data teams to set up and analyze A/B tests to iteratively optimize designs based on measurable results.
  • Conduct usability testing and user research, and analyze user feedback to validate and improve design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements, styles, and branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Actively contribute to and maintain the internal Design System, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web apps.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping using Figma, including creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
  • Experience creating and/or specifying motion and micro-interactions using industry tools. Familiarity with Lottie (or similar formats like Bodymovin/After Effects) and Jitter (or similar rapid prototyping/animation tools) is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Proven experience designing for mobile (iOS and Android), including understanding platform-specific UI patterns and limitations.
  • Able to communicate design ideas and decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to define the most valuable product experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical and creative thinking.
