Responsibilities
Gather and analyze user insights
Translate insights into meaningful formats like personas, customer journey maps, or service blueprints
Identify and solve key issues or opportunities in features or interactions
Conceptualize and present ideas effectively
Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
Collaborate closely with colleagues, including other Designers, Strategists, Marketeers, and Developers
Perform UX audits and create actionable roadmaps
Assist customers in embracing UX/UI best practices
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
Fluent in Dutch and English
Live in Belgium
Proficient in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Solid grasp of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility concerns
Understanding technologies used by programmers (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of design systems and can create, implement, and manage them
