About the role
- UX/UI Analyst integrating Product Design team at SafeLabs. Collaborating with various departments and enhancing user experience through design and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Join the Product Design team at SafeLabs;
- Collaborate with Product Owners (PO) and cross-functional teams including development, cybersecurity, project management, commercial/sales, marketing, and others;
- Conduct user interviews and research to gather feedback and identify improvements;
- Design wireframes, interaction models, and mockups;
- Create interfaces and communication materials;
- Create and validate low- and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Deliver specifications to developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, Digital Interfaces, or related fields;
- Experience with interface design and prototyping tools, especially Figma;
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
- Experience creating layouts for mobile applications;
- Familiarity with graphic design tools;
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes;
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
- Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools;
- Understanding of metrics, product discovery, and other frameworks that support product and feature development;
- Multidisciplinary and proactive mindset;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Agile certifications from widely recognized organizations such as Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, and PMI (a plus);
- Advanced English (a plus).
