Responsibilities
Oversee an underwriting support team as the primary contact for underwriters and agents.
Provide administrative and technical support to agents, sales, and underwriters.
Develop procedures and processes to ensure team adherence.
Provide technical expertise in handling customer service issues or complaints.
Analyze, create, and evaluate internal reports to prevent errors.
Monitor sales and underwriting feedback on support issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of Sentry's Regional independent agency distribution model.
Knowledge of commercial markets and underwriting principles.
Strong ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and human relations skills.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
