About the role

  • Maintain accurate information in systems and tools, including documents and process changes for E&S specific projects
  • Review and collect insurance and legal documentation and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems
  • Follow-up on outstanding documents or items according to established guidelines
  • Engage regularly with external customers including brokers and insureds
  • Prepare and process policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
  • Collaborate on the development of Standard Operating Procedures and system improvements
  • Coordinate with team members across different locations
  • Support the preparation of international program structures in collaboration with Underwriting Analysts and underwriters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant corporate insurance experience in Engineering and Construction Line of Business – familiarity with EPC/FIDIC contracts, project schedule and construction site documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
