Maintain accurate information in systems and tools, including documents and process changes for E&S specific projects
Review and collect insurance and legal documentation and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems
Follow-up on outstanding documents or items according to established guidelines
Engage regularly with external customers including brokers and insureds
Prepare and process policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
Collaborate on the development of Standard Operating Procedures and system improvements
Coordinate with team members across different locations
Support the preparation of international program structures in collaboration with Underwriting Analysts and underwriters
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
Relevant corporate insurance experience in Engineering and Construction Line of Business – familiarity with EPC/FIDIC contracts, project schedule and construction site documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
