Responsibilities
Intensive 12-month trainee program with targeted training and workshops (e.g., AL programming, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, project methodologies, etc.)
Participation in software development projects (ERP) based on our holistic solution unitop
Development of custom software solutions based on our clients' target processes
Development of extensions for our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Visual Studio Code
Support during software implementation, including testing and go-live phases
Advisory support for our customers — e.g., in workshops, training sessions, or joint solution design.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a STEM field, or a comparable qualification — career changers welcome
Strong interest in new Microsoft technologies and enthusiasm for working with new technical tools
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, SQL, C/AL, AL, etc.) and interest in Serverless Computing, PowerApps and tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell and Visual Studio Code
Team-oriented personality who also demonstrates personal responsibility and initiative
Very good German language skills (written and spoken, at least C1) and good English skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for business
