About the role
- Trainee Softwareentwickler preparing for projects in software development specializing in Microsoft technologies. Engaging with customers for digital process design during training.
Responsibilities
- Intensive 12-month trainee program with targeted training and workshops (e.g., AL programming, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, project methodologies, etc.)
- Participation in software development projects (ERP) based on our holistic solution unitop
- Development of custom software solutions based on our clients' target processes
- Development of extensions for our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Visual Studio Code
- Support during software implementation, including testing and go-live phases
- Advisory support for our customers — e.g., in workshops, training sessions, or joint solution design.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a STEM field, or a comparable qualification — career changers welcome
- Strong interest in new Microsoft technologies and enthusiasm for working with new technical tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, SQL, C/AL, AL, etc.) and interest in Serverless Computing, PowerApps and tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell and Visual Studio Code
- Team-oriented personality who also demonstrates personal responsibility and initiative
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken, at least C1) and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for business
