About the role
- Registered Intern Therapist providing psychotherapy to diverse clients in a supportive group practice. Focused on professional growth with qualified supervision and maintaining an active caseload in Broward County.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
- Manage time effectively and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program
- Eligible for registration as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
- Availability for at least two in-office afternoons or evenings per week (typically 3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for telehealth sessions
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload and actively progressing toward licensure
