About the role

  • Registered Intern Therapist providing psychotherapy to diverse clients in a supportive group practice. Focused on professional growth with qualified supervision and maintaining an active caseload in Broward County.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
  • Manage time effectively and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program
  • Eligible for registration as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
  • Availability for at least two in-office afternoons or evenings per week (typically 3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for telehealth sessions
  • Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload and actively progressing toward licensure
