About the role

• Test Developer responsible for manual testing of e-commerce features at Demant's MyBusiness team in Kuala Lumpur. Collaborating in agile processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of new features and regression testing across web applications.
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Report and prioritize bugs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and team practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in manual testing of web applications.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., AzureDevOps).
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive approach, courage to challenge existing solutions, curiosity.
• Attention to detail, desire to deliver to high standards.
• Fluent English, min B2 level.
• Nice to have, but not required: ISTQB knowledge and certifications.
• Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Ecommerce project experience.
