Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and analysts to understand new product features and define meaningful test scenarios.
Design and execute functional test cases, both manual and automated.
Develop new and automate existing test cases.
Ensure compliance with product testing standards.
Participate in code reviews with focus on testability.
Ensure test coverage aligns with business-critical workflows and trading scenarios.
Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
Document test results clearly and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions with a quality-first mindset.
Requirements
Strong understanding of software testing principles and agile methodologies.
Passion for software quality, ownership, and continuous learning.
Ability to write or understand tests written in Java or Kotlin.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Cucumber, kotlin.test).
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential risks or gaps.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English.
Nice to have: Exposure to tools like GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Grafana, Kibana.
Knowledge of event streaming and messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with build tools (e.g., Gradle, Maven).
