About the role

  • You will support our subsidiaries in designing and optimizing operational processes related to project tenders and procurement procedures, making a crucial contribution to the sustainable success of our company.
  • Continuous monitoring of relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipal/city levels as well as private platforms).
  • Early detection and identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potentials to senior management.
  • Preparation, compilation and submission of public tenders and pre-qualification documents, as well as management and coordination of external service providers involved in the tender process.
  • Maintenance and administration of reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents).
  • Close collaboration with operational and commercial teams to develop bid content.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and coordination with clients.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in public procurement, bid management or in a legal / tender-related environment.
  • Very good knowledge of procurement regulations and public procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services.
  • Structured, independent and target-oriented working style combined with a strong team spirit.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems).
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
